Public Aquarium Brussels. The Aquariology centre is a pedagogic public aquarium exhibiting animals essentially originating from cultures, small threatened species or even species which disappeared from their natural habitat, in 47 aqua(terra)ria and 1 reservoir: a trip through the world of fishes, amphibians and invertebrates. A permanent exposition to give visitors the chance to observe and learn, to make them respect the environment. The exposition wants to show visitors that they can help nature through simple and daily gestures. The Aquariology Centre is officially recogniized as a zoological park.
