17 contemporary artists are invited to a dialogue with the plaster cast workshop, its collection and the ancient craftsmanship preserved there. From this dialogue and inspired by the curator’s questions, each of them makes one new creation. The artists have been selected because of how the act of copying is at various degrees present in their artistic practice.
