My memories are stuck in the white part of your eyes

For the Centrale | vitrine, Juan Agustin David Llosa presents an installation combining illustration, sculpture and text. By carefully selecting and shaping each object in ceramic, plaster and steel, the artist creates a space open to interpretation. The lines and forms of Juan Agustin David Llosa’s dreamlike sculptures allow viewers to tell themselves a story.
A poem written by the artist is added to the composition, inviting us to take a visual stroll. Our eyes can forge links between the shapes, drawings and words.
‘My memories are stuck in the white part of your eyes’ evokes memories of lost objects, places stuck between dreams and memory, petrified in the blankness of time.
Juan Agustin David Llosa (1998, Argentina) lives and works in Brussels.
