Salomé Gasselin is an artist on the rise. In the world of wine, these immaterial beings are given a share to drink - the “angels’ share”: the part of the alcohol that evaporates, lost as the wine ages in the barrel. In the same way, musicians who play early music are confronted with this part of the unknown, this void hollowed out by time. Let’s dream together of this evaporated music,” explains Salomé. “But let’s not forget to savour what remains, what we share today with the angels.”
