Brussels-based artist GUTTI began his journey in rap as part of the “CEELO SQUAD,” a collective formed in 2015 with childhood friends from various neighborhoods in Brussels (Molenbeek, Anderlecht, Evere). He officially launched his solo career on July 10, 2019, with the release of his first single, “Juju,” which has now surpassed 100k streams on Spotify, notably shared by Niska, leading him to his first live performances, including opening for Koba LaD at Bloody Louis in Brussels.
Influenced by US sounds (Migos, Dababy, 21 Savage, etc.), the Anderlecht native quickly established himself as an artist to watch. His debut EP, New State 1 (featuring French rapper Cinco), released in 2021, along with his hit “Diego Armando” (which has over 600k streams on Spotify), confirmed his potential.
After signing with Virgin France, his second EP, New State 2, released in October 2023, features artists Frenetik and Romeo Elvis, solidifying his place as one of the leading figures in the new generation of Belgian rappers.
Raised on rap, R&B, and Congolese Rumba, this eldest sibling in a large family is also, above all, a performer at heart. In the summer of 2023, he showcased his explosive energy at prestigious events like the Dour Festival and Couleur Café.
