Museum of Ixelles

The Ixelles Museum offers a broad panorama of Belgian art, from the late 19^th century to the present day, featuring major artists such as Rik Wouters, Paul Delvaux, René Magritte and Panamarenko. It also houses a remarkable poster collection, including the complete set of lithographs by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Through its exhibitions and cultural and educational activities, the museum fosters encounters between artworks, artists and audiences. It maintains an ongoing dialogue with contemporary artistic creation and aims to be a lively, accessible and welcoming place, where art can be discovered, questioned and shared.

Currently closed for renovation and extension, the Ixelles Museum will reopen its doors during a festive weekend from 19 to 21 March 2027.
