The Municipal Museum Pieter Cnops, located in a centenary building, preserves the memory of Evere.

The Museum, which get a facelift in 2021, presents the history of Evere from the Middle Ages until today. Its archives tell us the story of the economic, folkloric, political, religious and associative life of the municipality, which for a long time remained a small Brabant village, on the outskirts of the city, before integrating the district of Brussels-Capital in 1954.
