Each year, the Nocturnes offer a new way to explore Brussels’ museums after closing hours, in a warm and immersive atmosphere. On April 3, 2025, the Jewish Museum of Belgium invites you to a unique evening combining cultural discovery and remembrance.
Program:
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Cultural Awareness Workshop: In a specially designed workshop, we’ll immerse ourselves in Jewish culture through our 5 senses. Objects, flavors, sounds and smells will transport you to the heart of the rites and traditions that shape this fascinating culture. Accompanied by our mediators, you’ll experience a moment at the crossroads of learning and awakening.
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Testimony of a Holocaust Survivor (FR): Maxi, a living witness to history and survivor of the Holocaust, will share his exceptional journey of resilience and hope. The story will conclude with a question-and-answer session. This will be a rare opportunity to hear an essential voice of collective memory.
The Nocturnes are the perfect opportunity to rediscover our educational activities and gain a different perspective on history and heritage. Join us for a memorable evening filled with meaningful exchanges and emotions.
