Yullola is a singer, writer, producer and dancer from New York. Experimenting with spiritual motifs of rhythm and vocals, she creates a sonic world for innocent play. Curiosity is at the center of her practice, inspired by the absurd beauty of modern life, dreams and meditation. She often dances to her beats as she composes them, letting the movement channel melodies and words.
Spending her childhood training in classical Hindustani music and singing in her local gospel choir, she is on a life-long journey to culture her voice as a devotional instrument.
She is in the midst of releasing a trilogy of works: Monastery of Love in 2023, Zen Maiden in 2024, and her newest project called Strange Serenity, coming in 2025.
